摘要:在信息技术、消费者消费升级、实体零售发展逐渐放缓等多种因素的影响下,零售业迎来了新的转机,即以数字化为核心驱动力和以消费者体验为中心的新零售。在推进新零售发展的过程中,智慧供应链起到了关键作用。结合新零售的特征,智慧供应链结构模型应由作业层、管理层和决策层组成。其中,数字化供应链中台可自动调整并优化供应链,实现智慧供应链的可视化、生态化、智能化和集成化。协同运作系统由计划协同、生产协同、物流协同和服务协同组成;协同运作机制通过全渠道、全链路、全场景实现供应链全流程可视化,重塑高效供应链。

一、引言

对比传统零售时代,消费者的消费诉求以追求产品功能为核心,新零售时代主要体现在通过购买产品追求生活体验。因此,对商品品质、购物体验和物流要求更高. 这就要求企业必须运用大数据、云计算对供应链进行数字化改造,重塑供应链各环节,智慧供应链由此应运而生,并在推进新零售发展的过程中起到关 键作用。智慧供应链以数字为核心,通过数字为供应链赋能,将每个节点都变成可控的,形态更加无形化,逐渐折叠成为一组动态网络,提升整个供应链的优化性能,给消费者带来极致的购物和交付体验。

二、新零售背景下智慧供应链结构模型构建


与传统供应链相比,智慧供应链具备技术渗透性更强、协作性更强、可延展 性更强、信息整合性更强以及可视化、移动化特征更加明显的特点。罗戈研究院发布的《2017 智慧供应链图谱》将智慧供应链划分为作业层、管理层和决策层三个层次,对智慧供应链每个层次的运作进行了详细分析,但该图谱未结合当前 大数据背景和新零售环境。新零售最重要的两个特征是以数字化为核心驱动力和以消费者体验为中心,新零售通过数据与商业逻辑的深度结合,重塑供应链,引领消费升级。因此,本文结合新零售的特征以及大数据、云计算和物联网的应用,构建了新零售背景下智慧供应链的结构模型。

三、新零售背景下智慧供应链协同运作系统分析

协同是指系统内部各要素之间通过有机结合、共同协作,打破资源之间的界限和壁垒,最终实现“1 1 gt;2”的系统效益最大化,是供应链管理的核心概念和重要机制。供应链协同于20世纪90年代中期正式提出,目前对其理解有两种比较流行的说法,本文倾向认为,是指供应链各节点企业通过相互之间的努力和协调来提高整体竞争力。供应链协同以客户需求为中心,各节点企业组成一种动态的网络式联合体,企业之间优势互补、相互依存,向着共同的目标发展。其理论研究主要体现在四个方面,即供应链协同关键要素与协同机制研究、供应链协同建模与协同方法研究、供应链知识共享研究和供应链整合研究。

数字化是新零售商业模式的核心驱动力,通过数字化工具,颠覆传统的由内 至外的供应链顺序,企业的研发、计划、采购、生产、营销、物流等活动都以消费者数据作为驱动力和决策依据,形成以数字化为核心的智慧供应链结构,推动供应链转型升级。通过大数据、云计算和物联网的应用,连通职能孤岛和实体之间的实时数据,提升智慧供应链的可视化、生态化、智能化和集成化。各节点参与者之间共同感知消费者需求,实现库存数据实时动态共享,成员之间需要端到端地协作与共享。其协同运作系统主要由计划协同、生产协同、物流协同和服务协同组成。

四、新零售背景下智慧供应链协同运作机制研究

新零售时代,消费者、商品、智慧供应链节点成员具有两重特征,即物理和数字化,通过运用数字化技术提高智慧供应链对消费者需求的感知能力,一切以消费者体验为中心。这就要求智慧供应链节点成员之间必须通过协作与共享来实现供应链价值最大化,进而提升节点成员自身整体价值,获得因协同运作而产生 的超额利益。因此,如何实现新零售背景下智慧供应链节点成员之间的协同显得尤其重要。根据新零售的特征和智慧供应链协同运作系统的分析,智慧供应链的协同运作主要通过全渠道、全链路、全场景途径实现,并以此提高供应链端到端的透明度和服务水平,实现全流程可视化。

五、结语

随着物联网和人工智能的普及,互联网发展进入应用期,消费者与互联网的联系越加紧密。消费者数字化程度的提高使得购物路径呈现全渠道特色,供应链从以往的线上线下割裂逐渐过渡到线上线下融合,为消费者提供无处不在的消费场景,满足消费者的体验诉求。新零售时代,智慧供应链通过数字化供应链中台打通消费者认知、兴趣、购买、忠诚及分享反馈的全链路,使消费者全链路数据可视化、可追踪,重塑高效供应链,提升供应链整体价值。如何建立消费者画像、整合与优化供应链资源,真正实现智慧供应链的协同运作,具有十分重要的理论价值和实践指导意义。本文构建了新零售背景下智慧供应链的结构模型,分析了智慧供应链的协同运作系统,提出智慧供应链的协同运作主要通过全渠道、全链路、全场景途径实现供应链全流程的可视化。本文只是对新零售背景下智慧供应链协同运行机制进行初步探讨,观点较新,今后仍需进一步深入研究。

Abstract: Influenced by such factors as IT, consumption upgrade and slowing down of the development of physical retail, the retail industry is facing new opportunity of transformation, namely the new retail with digitalization droved and consumersrsquo; experience-centered. The intelligent supply chain plays a key role in advancing the devel - opment of new retail. Combined with the characteristics of new retail, the structure model of intelligent supply chain is composed of operation layer, management layer and decision layer. The digital supply chain middle-ground can automatically adjust and optimize the supply chain to realize the visualization, ecology, intelligence and inte-gration. The collaborative operation system consists of plan coordination, production coordination, logistics coordi- nation and service coordination.
