摘要：高校开展“同伴支持”对教育有着重要的现实意义，一方面是落实思想政治工作的重要补充。教育是学生自我教育的有效手段，也是增强思想政治教育吸引力的创新途径。传统的组合创新，平等原则与同伴教育相结合是其中的主要工作方式。完善“同伴支持”教育体系，加强同伴教育者的综合能力，构建多维的教育平台，是高校“同伴支持”教育模式的有效策略。同伴支持”教育是中国高校开展思想政治教育的重要内容。通过同一背景和朋友或同龄人的相似经验交流学习，形成正确的人生观和价值观，在崇高理想和坚定信念的同时，有助于解决大学生职业生涯规划、人际关系和心理健康问题。随着中国高等教育的不断发展，高校招生规模逐年扩大，根据学生自我管理和发展创新教育实践管理模式的特点是思想政治教育工作面临的一个重要问题。

高校“同伴支持”教育的现实意义

它是思想政治教育方式的重要补充。高校思想政治教育是大学生思想政治教育的重要组成部分。大学阶段是学生思想意识形成的关键时期，也是学生思想政治教育的最佳时期。随着“90后”学生进入高校，大学生思想政治教育工作的模式也将不断创新，改革与发展。传统的高校思想政治教育工作多以“课堂”为主，更重视教师的作用，缺乏实效性，教育方式能有效地促进教育目标的实现，难以达到教育的效果。在高校开展“同伴支持”教育，充分利用互联网技术，建立多种多样的交流教育形式，打破传统的教育方式，是思想政治教育发展的重要途径。目前，大学生“90”具有积极思考、较强的自我意识等诸多特点，把同伴教育纳入日常思想政治教育工作中，能够充分沟通，发挥学生之间相互作用的榜样，完善思想政治教育工作。

它是学生自我教育的有效手段。同伴教育是适应时代变化的重要思想教育方式。自我教育是高校开展思想政治教育的重要手段同伴教育指的是人们通常愿意听取年龄相仿、知识背景、兴趣爱好相近的同伴、朋友的意见和建议。青少年尤其如此，特别在一些敏感问题上，青少年往往能够听取或采纳同伴的意见和建议。同伴教育就是利用青少年的趋众倾向，对青少年进行教育的方式。同伴教育通常首先对有影响力和号召力的青少年（同伴教育者）进行有目的的培训，使其掌握一定的知识和技巧，然后再由他们向周围的青少年传播知识和技能，甚至向更广泛的范围传播，以达到教育的目的。在教育过程中，要充分发挥学生的主体能动性，实现自身素质的全面提高。同伴互助教育是自我教育的一种重要形式。高校实施同伴教育的实质是让学生在学术中学习，心理和情感方面可以互相帮助，通过学生之间互相帮助，解决自己在学习和生活中遇到的问题。当前，高校思想政治教育过程中，要根据学生的教育发展目标、德育培养计划和学生、高校的教育思想，开展学生的思想政治教育工作。大学在教育过程中起着主导作用。“同伴互助”模式的应用能使相似年龄、相似背景的学生形成相互认同，通过同伴关系实现有效的思想政治教育。同伴互助“倡导相互学习，使教育既改善学习，又在教育过程的指导下实现自身价值，并发挥自我教育的积极作用。

摘要：近年来艾滋病在我国的传播范围不断扩大，低龄化的趋势日益明显。高校开展了艾滋病和性健康教育项目，保护大学生身心健康。它起到了很好的效果，给大多数年轻人带来了好消息。本文通过对学生艾滋病和性健康意识状况的分析，了解到这些项目的重要性，同时通过对高校各类项目的评价还发现了一些不足之处，并提出了改进的对策。

1.大学生艾滋病预防认知状况及性健康教育知识

1.1预防艾滋病和开展性健康教育工作的重要性

艾滋病是一种致死性疾病，目前尚无有效的治疗方法，其主要传播途径是通过不洁的性行为。当前大学生性观念混乱，缺乏艾滋病知识，容易产生错误的态度和高危性行为。有时有感染艾滋病的危险，严重影响个人的身心健康、家庭幸福和祖国下一代的成长。因此，高校开展艾滋病预防和性健康教育项目是影响一代又一代的长期重要原因。

1.2大学生艾滋病认知状况与性健康状况

大学生通过因特网、书本、广播和报纸获得艾滋病知识。可见，我国在这方面的宣传力度越来越大，引起了社会各界的广泛关注。但是很少有学生能通过教育学院获得性知识，包括对专业人员的解释。这是高校的工作不足。大学是知识的摇篮，知识资源丰富。充分发挥其作用，加大正规教育宣传力度。艾滋病知识和性健康知识的缺乏主要体现在三个方面：一是对婚前性行为、高危性行为、婚外性行为认识不足。第二，对艾滋病病毒感染的态度是不正确的。第三，对艾滋病的传播方式和我国艾滋病流行的认识有限。对传输方式有一些误解。此外，青少年学生对性行为的态度也在萌芽，他们不懂得自尊和自我保护。

2.艾滋病预防与性健康教育项目评价研究

目前，国内高校开展了各种性健康和艾滋病防治项目，不同高校呈现出不同的形式，对相关项目的科学评价和今后的进一步改进具有十分重要的意义。

2.1理论评价

Fisher J. D和费舍尔W提出的艾滋病防治知识，1992的动机和能力模型，他们指出，预防艾滋病最有效的措施是提高人的知识储备和正确的态度对待艾滋病的艾滋病，然后改变自己的行为，避免高危行为的损害。在高校项目评估中，我们采用知识、态度和行动理论，使学生主动改变态度，纠正行为，从而远离艾滋病。从而促进了大学生的健康成长。

2.2效果评价

2.3评价过程

过程评价在各项艾滋病预防和性健康教育项目中至关重要，科学严谨的过程必将产生明显的效果。目前我国对过程评价的文献很少。有学者指出，教师是一个评价过程中最重要的评价指标，高水平的教学人员不仅要具备专业水平，而且对心理学知识，教学方法，学生的主要心理特点采用定量的标准。它对学科传播的未来发展起着重要的作用。

3.艾滋病预防与性健康教育项目存在的问题

3.1缺乏知识获取的主动性

部分青年学生对高校预防艾滋病和性健康教育项目重视不够。我们发现他们对性课程和活动持独特的态度。甚至他们也对最基本的艾滋病知识感到困惑。作为当代知识青年，大学生应处于高知识、高水平的人才队伍中。这种消极和主观的态度对艾滋病的预防和性健康教育的发展无疑是最大的主观障碍。因此，开展艾滋病的预防和性行为势在必行。

3.2缺乏充足的资金

目前，我国高校开展艾滋病预防和性健康教育活动的资金来源十分单一。没有专门的财政资金，甚至有些高校只能依靠社会组织和一些公司的帮助。在高校开展相关活动是有限的。内容和类型的设置将取决于资金的多少，这也给高校开展艾滋病预防工作和性健康教育宣传带来了很大的困难。

3.3专业机构不完善，工作人员队伍不健全。

有些高校存在这样的现象。教艾滋病预防和性健康教育班的教师是业余的，很难满足学生的需要。有的医科院校在建设方面比较先进，有专业的艾滋病教授，并设立了专门的艾滋病预防办公室。因此，高校要在很大程度上培养相关专业人才，发挥人才作用，完善专业队伍，完善制度设置。

4.高校预防艾滋病与性健康教育项目的对策

4.1进一步丰富教育内容

加强艾滋病基本知识和性健康知识的传播。基本艾滋病和性健康知识的普及仍是当务之急，是开展教育的基本手段。艾滋病的基本知识和性健康知识包括：艾滋病概念、病原体的引进、传播途径及预防疾病的有效措施。为此，应进一步加大基础知识普及力度，促进大学生掌握艾滋病综合防治知识和性健康知识，进一步提高知识水平。

健康的习惯包括：规律的作息时间、健康的运动时间、健康的生活习惯等。目前，大学生吸烟饮酒现象严重。他们可能会有不健康的生活方式，如不吃早餐，不锻炼，浏览不健康的网站和书籍，这些都会对学生的身体健康产生严重的影响，从而导致身体抵抗力的下降。研究发现，吸烟、饮酒和不良的性行为极大地增加了青少年发展中的艾滋病感染指数，严重威胁着青少年的健康和安全。大学生应该有良好的工作、休息、锻炼和健康饮食习惯。因此，高校应加强对学生日常生活习惯的关注。高校应针对性地进行引导和宣传，尽最大努力防止大学生在性行为中受到不必要的损害。高校还应对性知识进行宣传，使学生正确认识性行为，减少风险事件的发生。
